ABOUT THE PRECIOUS AWARDS

The PRECIOUS Awards was founded by Foluke akinlose MBE to celebrate the achievements of inspirational entrepreneurial women of colour who are running businesses in the UK.
The Awards are passionate about recognizing success and inspiring other women of colour to launch their own business.

The PRECIOUS Awards are an opportunity to recognise and celebrate those women of colour in business and leadership, who demonstrate exceptional determination, innovation and entrepreneurial skills and talent.

The PRECIOUS Awards are amongst the most prestigious awards in the UK. The PRECIOUS Awards 2011 take place on October 27 at St Pancras Renaissance London, where we will be celebrating success afternoon tea style. We’ll be joined by our keynote speaker India Gary-Martin, Managing Director, JP Morgan, one of the star’s of BBC TV show The Apprentice, EDNA AGBARHA, and BBC Broadcaster Eddie Nestor.
